Drone - Camcopter in the ice - Rotor&Wings

I am not convinced. Icing conditions is not discussed at all. The helicopters` de-icing and/or anti icing system should be described.  I believe most drones will operate satisfactory in dry, cold air. From the Schiebel brochure one can read:
It operates during daytime and at night, under adverse weather conditions
Exactly what are these conditions? (Ed,)

Shiebel Demos Camcopter Icy Maritime Capabilities

Amy Kluber
Schiebel's Camcopter S-100 UAS has successfully performed capabilities of identifying vessels, animals and objects at sea in icy winter conditions last month at Fogo Island in Canada. The trials were demonstrated to the Canadian Coast Guard, the Royal Canadian Navy, Transport Canada, the Canadian National Research Council and the University of Alaska.
The VTOL air vehicle was equipped with a Wescam MX-10S payload camera, which provided imagery to the CCGS George R. Pearkes it had boarded. The light icebreaker broke through ice at speeds of 14 kt with assistance from the Camcopter.
The UAS can be used to enhance ships' situational awareness and to support conservation activities of Canadian fishing grounds.
