Airbus og Bombardier i interessant samarbeid - Airbus

Historien er ganske lang, men den begynte med at Bombardier fikk økonomisk hjelp av den Canadiske staten for å overleve i 2015. Delta Airlines bestilte C-serien fly til en særdeles lav pris. Boeing klaget, de mente at Canada subsidierte Bombarier, og det endte med en ekstratoll (tariff) på 300% på flyene. Etter mye mer kludder grep Airbus nå inn og "kjøpte" 50,1% av aksjene i Bombardier som skal bygge sine C_serie fly i Alabama. Aksjene var gratis. (Red.)

Amsterdam / Montreal, 16 October 2017 – Airbus SE (EPA: AIR) and Bombardier Inc. (TSX: BBD.B) are to become partners on the C Series aircraft programme. A corresponding agreement was signed today.  The agreement brings together Airbus’ global reach and scale with Bombardier’s newest, state-of-the-art jet aircraft family, positioning both partners to fully unlock the value of the C Series platform and create significant new value for customers, suppliers, employees and shareholders.
