CORPUS CHRISTI -Naval Air
Station Corpus Christi wasn't immune to all the flooding from last night's heavy
downpour.
Dozens of Navy aircraft used for training were lashed to the
flight line as the winds and water came rushing in from Corpus Christi
Bay.
Crews will now need to closely inspect 38 of the T-6 aircraft for
potential damage to the landing gear, electronics and fuselage.
There
were no flights out of the air station on Tuesday. The Navy hopes to be back in
the air on Wednesday with the resumption of training flights.
