The float-equipped aircraft crashed under unknown circumstances on take off from the Tutka Bay Lodge near Homer, Alaska. The aircraft never left the water, said the U.S. Coast Guard, and sustained unreported damage,
One occupant onboard , a man, received fatal injures.
There were seven people total on the aircraft, three adults and four children. An occupant, a child, is in critical condition, and the other three occupants were in “stable” condition.
