Narrative:
A helicopter with seven people aboard crashed into the sea near a pair of island disputed with Japan (called Takeshima in Japan and Dokdo in South Korea). The helicopter had picked up an injured crab fisherman. The aircraft departed at c 23:30 local time. On board were two pilots, three fire department responders, the patient and a friend.
