Milestone to deliver two S-92s to CHC

The Milestone Aviation Group Limited (“Milestone”), the global leader in helicopter leasing, announced that they are to provide two Sikorsky S-92 search-and-rescue (SAR) helicopters to CHC Helicopters (“CHC”), one of the world’s leading helicopter services and maintenance, repair and overhaul providers.

The two Milestone S-92 SAR helicopters will be used to support a multi-year contract recently awarded to CHC by Norway’s Ministry of Justice for search-and-rescue (SAR) services. Delivering in January 2022, the helicopters will be based in Tromsø, Norway, and will commence missions shortly thereafter.
