First Air Race E Electric Racer Flies In Norway

Nordic Air Racing team’s modified all-electric Cassutt IIIM is the first Air Race E contender to fly.

A Norwegian team has won the race to be first to fly an aircraft that will compete in the new Air Race E piloted all-electric racing series, which is scheduled to begin in 2023. The Nordic Air Racing team conducted the 10-min. test flight of the modified Cassutt IIIM racing aircraft from Torp airport.
