of thousands at Texas air show

More than 180,000 people packed onto Joint Base
San Antonio-Randolph Air Force Base in Texas on Saturday and Sunday to see
historic and present-day military aircraft take to the sky for The Great Texas
Airshow.
Despite gray skies and a little rain, crowds were
able to see hours of flying, including performances from the Air Force
Thunderbirds, a team of elite pilots who demonstrate the capabilities of the
F-16 “Fighting Falcon” fighter jet.
