Solar Impulse 2 - Update at 1200 hrs and later, local time Norway

The Solar Impulse 2, HB-SIB, made some disturbing menouvers a while ago. It has descended to less than 23000 feet and has a ground speed of only 57 kts.
Twilight is approaching as the aircraft maintains 19 500 feet. I had expected it to climb to its maximum altitude before sunset. It may have to do with wind conditions.
At 1240 SIB had descended to 17 000 feet and maintains level flight at 47 kts. Darkness is just around the corner. The batteries must have been fully charged by now.
At 1424, 5 800 feet and 24 kts. What is this? He seems to be descending, turning left towards South Korea at 5 300 feet. No, he`s turning further to an easterly heading again. Heading ENE, everything seems to be normal ops.
AT 2015 hrs he has a short hour until sunrise. He is cruising at a mere 24 kts in order to save Power and oxygen, at 5 500 feet on an NE heading, on track.

With the twilight zone and daybreak approaching, he is flying along the Japanese main island of Honshu. There is very little traffic in this area at this time of day.

I believe he`ll soon be revving up for climb to altitude.
