Narrative:
An F-16 assigned to the 149th Fighter Wing, Texas Air National Guard, crashed under unknown circumstances, according to the ATC recording the aircraft may have suffered a bird strike. The aircraft was performing a routine training mission from the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Centre (KAPN), and the single pilot ejected successfully.
