A Bell 430 crashed near Vacas Gordas, Urubici, Santa Catarina
The wreckage of the destroyed helicopter was located next day around 12:30 LT and sadly no survivors reported.

Onboard were singer Rick, of the band Rick & Renner, and for other occupants.

Army pivoting from multiyear to agile contracting structure with new Black Hawk award

The Army today announced an undefinitized contract action with Sikorsky to build 16 UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters. The contract includes the option to add more aircraft over the next year either for the U.S. Army or through foreign military sales, company officials told reporters this week. According to a Pentagon contract notice posted today, the fixed-price-incentive, undefinitized modification is for $234 million, which brings the cumulative value of the contract to $356 million.

Større amerikanske TV-kanaler har varslet at de ikke vil kjøre fellesdekning av president Donald Trump inntil videre, som følge av at flere medier blir nektet tilgang til Det hvite hus.

Det skriver blant annet Washington Post og New York Times.

De viser til et brev til pressekorpset i Det hvite hus fra sjefen for TV-poolen, fellesordningen for TV-sendinger.

«Fra og med i dag vil ikke TV-poolen dekke arrangementer som er satt opp med pool-dekning av presidenten,» skriver Bryan Boughton, byråsjef for Fox News i Washington, i et notat til TV-poolens medlemmer mandag.
