A LifeFlight Eurocopter EC 130T2 (Airbus Helicopters H130), N107VU, sustained substantial damage when it impacted trees and terrain south of the Music City Executive Airport (KXNX), Gallatin, Tennessee.
One occupant sustained fatal injuries, and two occupants sustained serious injuries.
Preliminary ADS-B data shows that the helicopter departed the north side of KXNX and proceeded south to an inflight altitude of 4,100 ft. About 5 minutes into the flight, the helicopter entered a 180 turn back towards the airport. Two minutes later, the helicopter was 1.90 miles south of the airport when it entered a descending right hand turn towards an open field. The helicopter struck the top of a tree and impacted terrain. There was no post crash fire.

An Agusta A109S Grand went missing after radar contact was lost when flying over an area located on the border between Tuscany and Marche, in the vicinity of Lake Montedoglio.
The burnt wreckage with the two deceased occupants was found monday morning 10 november between Frisciano and Badia Tebalda.
