Nok en gang er det åpenbart at Trumps utsendinger, ledet av Witkoff og Kushner,  begge amatører i forhold til Lavrov og gjengen, svikter Ukraina, og har levert Putins ønskeliste. Den såkalte avtalen Trump har med Putin, er på 28 punkter hvorav mange tråkker over Zelenskyjs røde linje, altså landavståelser til Russland inklusive Krim; å redusere egne væpnede styrker vesentlig; å kvitte seg med langtrekkende rakettter,  og aldri bli medlem av NATO. Det tror jeg ikke han vil gå med på. Dermed er han sviktet av sin viktigste allierte, USA som vil kutte absolutt all støtte til landet dersom ikke Zelenskyj godtar dette innen torsdag i neste uke.  Han er også sviktet av Europa som har vært alt for dårlige til å støtte Ukraina med en kontinuerlig strøm av våpen og penger. Europa må forberede seg på å ta i mot flere millioner flyktninger dersom nevnte landområder må avstås. Det betyr også at det lønner seg å være agressor slik Putin opptrer. Europa må også forberede seg på at USA går ut av NATO. Den tanken er ikke ny, men ingen gjør noe bortsett fra å satse mer på våpen, og Norge, tåpelig som vi er, velger å stå utenfor EU når Europa må bygge opp NATO versjon II. Vi er nødt til å søke alle de allianser som måtte finnes. Her er kartet dersom Trump får det som han vil; ja, Trump. Ukraina vil miste alle muligheter for å benytte Svartehavet og Asovhavet : (Red.) Recent events in the  conflict may have weakened Ukraine's position, Jonathan  Beale notes. One MP told the Kyiv Independent that  Washington wants a "quick peace at the expense of one   side, which they consider weaker". Trump, writes  Jonathan, "seems to be running out of patience. He just  wants the two sides to sign up to a deal".
