Canadian Operator Orders AW169

A Canadian VIP and corporate operator has ordered an AgustaWestland AW169 for its charter service between Toronto and New York City, the manufacturer said. Toronto-based Fig Air Inc. currently flies the AW109 Grand in that operation. AgustaWestland said deliveries of the AW169 will start this year, adding that it has received more than 150 orders for the 10,000-pound-class twin, which is designed to carry up to 10 passengers.
