Credit: PA In a win for the Trump administration, the US Appeals Court has ruled that the tariffs plan that had been struck down by a trade court on Wednesday will remain in place while it considers the White House's appeal. Earlier White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said "we will win this battle in court" and that the administration is working to "tackle rogue judges". But Wednesday's ruling raises the real question about whether Trump's wider so-called reciprocal tariffs will ever come into effect, writes economics editor Faisal Islam.
