Another feature in the aircraft performance will
be the interservice grouping, which means early-warning, transport and strike
planes from the People' Liberation Army Ground Force, Navy and Air Force will
be mixed in several squadrons. This arrangement is meant to indicate the air
units' capability to carry out joint operations, the command explained.
Many pilots taking part in the parade have been
selected from time-honored units with a glorious history in the war. Moreover,
there are several top Chinese combat aviators who will operate their jets in
the event.
