Narrative:
21 Air Flight 7598, a Boeing 767-300AER (BDSF) registered N1997A, overran the runway 30 after landing at Miami International Airport (MIA/KMIA), Miami, Florida, USA. The plane was destroyed by the collision with ground objects and a post-crash fire. Five people were killed on the ground and five were injured; of those injured, three are in critical condition and the other two have been taken to a local hospital.

Initial data shared by the NTSB indicate that the aircraft touched down with the nose landing gear and right-hand main gear at a ground speed of 158 knots. Brakes were applied 13 second later at a ground speed of 146 knots.
Four seconds after that, the left main gear touched down. The brakes were released four seconds later, at 120 knots, and TOGA power was applied. However, four seconds later, engine power was brought down to idle.
At a ground speed of 96 knots, 29 seconds after touchdown, the aircraft struck the localizer antenna array and overran the paved surface of the runway. It rolled 230 meters over grass before crossing NW 67th Avenue, where it struck cars.
The no.2 engine attachment appears to have been compromised and a fire erupted at that point.

At the time of the accident a thunderstorm was in the area. Winds were from 190 at 17 knots, gusting 26 knots.
The aircraft touched down with the nose gear and right-hand main gear at a ground speed of 158 knots.
