Airbus A350 Delays Increase Finnair Expenses

PARIS—Finnair said delays in Airbus A350 deliveries led to extra expenses in 2016. The airline said the delays interrupted its pilot training schedule for the new aircraft type, and led it to wet-lease additional capacity during the last three months of the year. The Helsinki-based carrier was also forced to cancel some flights toward the end of the year.
