Combat Aircrew One (1985-1986 era) wish to congratulate Ambassador
Braithwaite on his appointment.
Lieutenant (junior grade) Braithwaite was a good “stick and rudder pilot” with a keen tactical sense. He earned his skills on-top numerous Soviet ballistic missile and attack submarines. God Bless Norway and the United States of America! Commander Matthew Brasmer, United States Navy (ret.)
