The NTSB’s preliminary report finds evidence that the four bolts that hold the door plug in place were not reinstalled following rework on the 737-9 before it was delivered to Alaska Airlines. The preliminary report contains a large collection of detailed images from the aircraft and is one of the most comprehensive preliminary reports we've ever seen. |
