Fra norske fagspesialister sies det at det ikke kan skje her. Jeg tror bare ikke på det. Når strømmen går blir alt kaos. (Red.)

Millions of people across
Spain and Portugal have spent much of the day without electricity
after they were hit by a huge power cut, telling the BBC "everything
went off" around lunchtime. Some areas have since had their
power restored, but it's not yet known what the cause was. Portugal's
electricity operator blamed it on a "rare" atmospheric
phenomenon, related to variations in temperatures, but Spain's PM
later said the cause remains unknown. Authorities have said it's not
thought to have been caused by a cyber attack. Images and video show traffic chaos, metro
stations plunged into darkness and people left stranded. Spain has
declared a state of emergency and says it's expected to take several
hours for things to return to normal, but Portugal has warned
residents it could be days.
