Narrative:
A Latitude Air Ambulance IAI 1125 Astra SPX, flight HTT104, ditched into sea of Nantucket when approaching Boston Logan International Airport (BOS/KBOS), Boston, Massachusetts.
Four Canadians, two medical personnel and two pilots and two Bermuda natives, a patient and their family member were on board.
The US Coast Guard has launched a search operation.
