Dr. N. Albert Moussa will lecture on the flammability of aircraft composite structures as part of tutorial 1 entitled: Investigating Occurrences Involving Composite Materials. The tutorial is part the ISASI 2013 Annual Seminar at the Westin Bayshore in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
His lecture is entitled: Flammability of Aircraft Composite Structures
It will be 45 min long in the afternoon of August 19, 2013, and will cover:
- Flammability of composites
- Fire testing of composites
- Thermo-mechanical behavior of composites
- Response of a wet fuel tank in a post-crash fire: aluminum vs. composite skins
