A Bushby Mustang II impacted wooded and major roadway terrain of the westbound lane of Georgia Route 16, about 0.5 miles off Big 'T' Airport (64GA), Coweta County, Georgia. The airplane was destroyed and the two occupants onboard sustained fatal injures.
The Coweta County Sheriff said the victim had just bought the plane and was taking a friend on a ride.
