In most aerospace sectors, it is easy to identify the leaders, whether they are Airbus and Boeing, Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman or Bombardier and Gulfstream. That is not so in the nascent market for advanced air mobility, where there is not yet a dominant manufacturer or business model.
