Narrative:
A Mexican Navy Beechcraft 350i, ANX-1209, operating an air ambulance flight from Merida to Galveston, Texas crashed in West bay, North West of Scholes Airport. The point of impact is c 1 NM short of the runway 14 and slightly to the right of the extended centreline. Heavy fog was reported at Galveston.

Of the 8 occupants, at least 6 were killed with 2 survivors.
