PARIS--European commercial plane maker Airbus Group (AIR.FR) Friday said it booked 108 new orders for commercial aircraft in February and delivered 44 jets during the month.
The company's orders tally was boosted by an order for 56 A320 single-aisle jets from low-cost Vietnamese airline VietJet Air and another smaller order from Kuwait Airlines, which ordered 15 A320 jets during the month.
Airbus delivered 44 jets in the month, including one A380 super jumbo jet.
