RAF Chinooks frolicking

Great pic here from the UK Ministry of Defence’s image site showing a pair of Boeing CH-47 Chinook HC2s preparing to land following a role demonstration exercise. Based at RAF Odiham, the heavy-lift helicopters are being upgraded under the Project Julius programme. It’ll be nice to see a bunch of the newly-delivered HC6 aircraft in flight at some point too.
