U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds share skies with Navy Blue Angels and Canadian Forces Snowbirds
The U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds spent part of the afternoon Thursday meeting up with a few other friends of the sky: the Navy Blue Angels and the Canadian Forces Snowbirds.
The Thunderbirds official Twitter page shared several photos of the occasion to their page.
They captioned the photos, "Spent the day with the extended fam! That's the @BlueAngels, @CFSnowbirds and us flying in formation at the same time!"
They also shared a tweet from The Snowbirds confirming this was the first time all three jet teams have flown the skies together after 151 years of friendship.
