Ryanair nears 100m passenger milestone in November
Airline carries 99.9 million passengers in year as it forges ahead with customer charter

Traffic at Ryanair rose 21 per cent in November, the airline said , reaching 7.71 million customers for the month.
Load factor for the month, a measure of how full aircraft are, was 93 per cent, up 5 per cent compared with a year earlier.
The latest figures put Ryanair’s annual traffic to November at 99.9 million customers, a 17 per cent rise.
“These record monthly numbers and load factors are due to our lower fares, our stronger forward bookings and the continuing success of our ‘Always Getting Better’ customer experience programme, which continues to deliver stronger than expected traffic and load factors,” said Ryanair’s Kenny Jacobs.
Ryanair is in the second year of its customer charter programme aimed at making travel with the airline more enjoyable. Among the changes made are a reduction in fees for checking in at the airport, and allocated seating.
