This may now be the culprit. If the forward suspension bar comes loose, the whole upper part of the helicopter rmay depart in an Instant. It is impossible for me to understand why Airbus Helicopters elected not to ground the entire fleet of EC225`s until this check of bolts and tension has been carried out.
From one of the Pictures of the wholw rotor Assembly on ground, one may see one suspension bar protrude from near the rotor hub assy.
