Following an apparent inflight breakup, the aircraft, an experimental Bothof built Saberwing, impacted the waters of slough terrain in Cook County southwest of Cook County Airport (15J) located in Adel, Georgia. The sole pilot/owner/builder onboard was fatally injured.
