.......this research will help raise awareness about issues surrounding the COVID and its impact on wellbeing within aviation. At a societal level, this will support a better understanding of how different workers are being impacted by the COVID pandemic. There is also a societal interest in measuring the effects of COVID on aviation workers, to support their return to work and flight safety.
