There is no reason for Trump to meet Putin to discuss Ukraine. 1. Trump & his sycophants know nothing about either country. 2. Under Trump, the US has no role east of NATO in any regard. 3. The initial reason for Trump's decision to meet Putin was Witkoff's misunderstanding. /1
