Arctic UAV Inc. to Distribute High Eye Platforms
Arctic UAV Inc., an Iqaluit based aerial imaging provider using unmanned systems has recently signed a distribution agreement with High Eye from the Netherlands to sell their unmanned helicopter system to Canadian, Greenlandic & Alaskan markets.
The Unmanned helicopter system will be marketed as the Ukpik HEF32 UAV System and has the following features:

- +50 KM RANGE WITH HD VIDEO
- 21 KG MAX. TAKE-OFF WEIGHT
- ENCRYPTED MIMO DATALINK
- IP-56 WATER/DUST RESISTANT
- MULTIPLE SENSOR CAPABILITY
- 5 KG PAYLOAD
- IMC SHIELDED
Kirt Ejesiak- CEO of Arctic UAV Inc. says
“We are honoured to partner with High Eye from Holland to market the HEF 32 – we believe they’re the best in class for this type of UAV”. As part of the deal, High Eye will train Arctic UAV’s team to deliver world class UAV services to its customers.’

Arctic UAV Inc. was established in 2016 with strategic investment from the Government of Nunavut and is leading the UAS field in northern Canada. Its focus is to offer UAV services by locally trained UAV operators and has plans to setup a testing center in Q2 2018. Arctic UAV Inc. uses certified UAV Operators, is Transport Canada Licensed, fully Insured and is 100% Inuit owned.
