CANADA DOESN’T BAN PHOTOGRAPHERS FROM AIRPORTS, THEY CUT HOLES IN THE FENCE FOR THEM
Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport has recently shown some love for photographers. They have made camera holes in several locations around its perimeter fence so that photographers can they take photos of airplanes without obstacles.
The airport notes that the project was done in collaboration with local plane-spotting group YQB Aviation. They worked together to identify the best spots for plane-spotting photographers, so the panels could be placed there. Each of the ten holes is surrounded by a metal frame to prevent scratching lenses. The panels also have a sign clarifying that the area is reserved for photograp
