The deal to take over UK regional airline Flybe by a Virgin Atlantic-led consortium has completed, the Exeter-based airline said Feb. 22. Flybe’s two operating subsidiaries, their assets and operations are now owned by Connect Airways, a group consisting of Virgin Atlantic, Stobart Group and Cyrus Capital. Flybe will eventually be rebranded as Virgin Atlantic. Flybe flights continue to operate as normal during the transition, the airline said
