the National  Coast Guard Patrol, GC110-02 General José María Cañas, intercepted the suspicious vessel 63 miles  nautical of Quepos, South Pacific.
In the vessel were three subjects, Villalba, 34, Molina, 21, and Semisterra 34, who claimed to be Ecuadorians.
