Dette er et ganske spektakulært område, og fjellet er lett synlig fra eksempelvis Boeing Field ved Seattle, og er med på mange Boeing relaterte reklamer. Bildet viser en B747-8 under testing ved Boeing Field. Bildet er tatt fra "kontrolltårnet" ved flyplassen. Det var nedlagt, men fungerte som en del at utstillingen ved flymuseet der. Special Forces soldiers trained in mountaineering assist with search for crew of crashed Growler jet, Navy says

soldiers are from 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne) based at Joint
Base Lewis-McChord in Washington. The unit brings specialized
mountaineering, high-angle rescue, medical, and technical
communication skills necessary to navigate the difficult terrain
associated with the Cascade Mountain Range, the Navy said late

the Navy in its search for the crew of a crashed Growler jet that
went down Tuesday near Mount Rainier.
The
soldiers are from 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne) based at Joint
