Sårbarhetsutvlget hadde et avsnitt som omhandlet el-sikkerhet. En kan uten videre si at alt som kalles sårbarhet og sikkerhet er kastet på båten når en kan, muligens fremdeles, finne geografiske koordinater for alle sårbare el-installasjoner i landet. Det samme gjelder undervanns rør og kabler. De finnes i alle fall på offentlige kart. Jeg føler at jeg er holdt for narr av de som skal passe på for meg. Euforien etter 1991 burde ha lagt seg ettter invasjonen av Krim i 2014. Men nei, den er der enda selv om dronene kan være en aldri så liten oppvekker.
